iGram DMCA copyright policy and takedown procedure.

DMCA Compliance

iGram respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

How iGram Works

iGram is a tool that processes publicly available Instagram URLs. We do not host, store or cache any Instagram content on our servers. All content is retrieved directly from Instagram's public CDN servers in real-time. iGram operates as a browser-based proxy tool.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content accessible through iGram infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to contact@igram.site. Your notice must include: (1) Your physical or electronic signature; (2) Identification of the copyrighted work; (3) The specific URL being accessed through iGram; (4) Your contact information; (5) A statement that the use is not authorized.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to contact@igram.site. Include: your signature, identification of removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your contact information.

Repeat Infringer Policy

iGram will terminate users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take copyright infringement seriously and cooperate with copyright holders to protect their rights.
